DAHUA GLOBAL SUPER INSTALLER CONTEST 2024
Terms and conditions:
1. Introduction:
This DAHUA GLOBAL SUPER INSTALLER CONTEST 2024 (“Contest”) is being organized by Dahua Technology India Company Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act’ 2013 having its registered address at 9th Floor, Tower A, DLF Cyber Greens, DLF Cyber City, Phase III, Gurugram, Haryana (India), Pincode: 122002 (“Dahua India” or “Organizer” or “We” or “us”). This Contest will run from 10th September 2024 to 25th October 2024 (“Contest Period”). Dahua India reserves the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- Eligibility
(i) In order to participate in this Contest, you must be the Installer/s and registered on DAHUA PARTNER APP (“Installer(s)” or “You” or “Participants”)
(ii) The Installers must be an Indian citizen and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry and must have a registered and enrolled account on DH Partner APP (“DH Account”).
(iii) Installer/s should provide his/her PAN and AADHAR card to verify the authenticity of such Participants; if it is verified as fake or not exist, Dahua India will cancel his/her qualification in the Contest.
(iv) This Contest shall be applicable to PAN India except to the residents of Tamil Nadu (as per Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act 1979) and Pondicherry, subject to all applicable central and state laws and regulations of India.
(v) Dahua India employees, their immediate family members (spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), Regional Distributors and Sub-Regional Distributors and its affiliates, advisors, advertising/contest/campaign agencies are not eligible to enter this Contest.
Dahua India has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of the Participants. Such determination shall be final and conclusive and Dahua India is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.

4. How to win:
| Shoot a vertical short video reel of 1 minute on any of the given topics and upload it on your personal Instagram handle and Dahua Partner APP Community section. Once you Upload the videos you must register on the Google form link as well. |
| The uploaded video/s will be checked by the Dahua Technical Team to check if right information is provided in the video/s. |
| The selected videos will now be considered on the basis of the views from Instagram and likes on Dahua Partner APP community. |
| Top 25 most viewed videos from Instagram and top 25 most liked videos in the Dahua Partner APP will be selected. |
| These 50 participants will be invited for the grand Finale in the New Delhi** |
| As per the Participation of Installers group will be formed, each group/person will be assigned by some tasks. |
| Again, if more than 5 people nominated, new task will be assigned to those nominated persons out of which the Winner will be selected. |
| Who will finish task as earliest will be the winner. |
| The final round will be announced & telecast on our social media platforms on Dahua India Facebook & YouTube Channel(@DahuatechnologyIndia).

** Dahua India won’t bear the travelling/ transfer charges for the participants coming to New Delhi and return. Dahua India will only provide accommodation for 24 hours as per hotels/guesthouses selected by Dahua India.
Level of Participation

1. Pictures on poster are for reference only, prizes in kind prevail. All trademarks, service marks and company names are property of their respective owners.
2. The Participants agrees and provides consent to Dahua India to the use of any Personal Data as provided by the Participants for the purpose of participation in this Contest in line with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Dahua India for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Contest including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Contest.
3. By providing the personal data, Participants indicates that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by Dahua India Privacy Policy stated at https://www.dahuasecurity.com/in/aboutUs/privacy-policy. The Participants agrees that Dahua India and/or its agent and/or its third party service providers may contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Contest.
4. Dahua India may provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value at Dahua India's sole discretion, or where required by law, or in the event that all or part of a prize becomes unavailable due to the reasons which are beyond Dahua India’s reasonable control.
5. This Contest’s final round will be supervised by the third party to ensure that is fair and transparent.
6. Current TDS rate applicable on the lottery/contest winning is @31.2% as per Indian Income Tax Act. Dahua Technology India will bear the tds/tax and the winner of the contest will get full amount of prize. Winner must provide the copy of PAN card beforehand to be eligible for prize.
7. A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10,000 or more. The Winner will also be required to prove his/her age and residence proof, failing which he/she will be disqualified from the Contest.
8. TCS Conditions as per Income Tax Act’1961 has to be evaluated by Tax team for winner and his/her companion.
9. All winners are required to sign the receipt of prizes.
10. There are no other prize alternatives available in whole or in part.
11. You give your consent to Dahua India and/or its affiliates, agents and assigns to use your name, company name and photos to promote the Contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow.
12. Neither Dahua India nor any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, agents, employees or other representatives shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, and/or exemplary damages including without limitation, loss of profits or revenues, loss of data, and/or loss of business, in connection with this Contest or the use of or inability to participate in this Contest or reliance on the contents contained herein, even if Dahua India is advised of the possibility of such damages. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Dahua India in any Contest terms, to the extent permitted by the applicable law, Dahua India shall not be liable for the materials of this Contest, regardless of the reason of the liability or the tort theory it based on.
13. Please note that Dahua India may be running similar campaign/contests or promotions at the same time during this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other campaign/promotion/contest unless you enter each campaign/promotion/contest separately.
14. This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God, Governmental actions, or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Dahua India ("Force Majeure Event"). Dahua India shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
15. This Contest is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary. By participating in the Contest, Customers will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Dahua India, and any of its affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to Dahua India and its services/products.
16. These T&Cs are subject to Indian laws and the courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.
