Recognizing the urgent need for effective flood monitoring and disaster management, Dahua Kazakhstan has donated advanced devices and solutions to assist local authorities in disaster relief efforts.
To address the critical need for real-time flood monitoring, Dahua has provided a batch of PTZ dome cameras installed in high vantage points of many cities and rivers. These cameras enable emergency management teams to constantly monitor flood conditions and any abnormalities 24/7 in critical areas from a safe distance. With live updates and data, it allows for timely interventions and informed decisions during flood emergencies.
In addition to flood monitoring equipment, several Thermal Handheld Thermographic Camera were provided to monitor real-time body temperature during and after the disaster. This portable tool helps the public to stay informed about their health status and enables security personnel to act in time when an abnormal temperature has been detected. This provides data support for the spread of diseases in flood affected areas and provides an additional layer of protection for residents in temporary shelters.
Furthermore, Dahua has equipped the local emergency management command center with DeepHub smart interactive whiteboards and corresponding tools and accessories. This has enabled collaborative and smoother video conferencing, facilitating visualized personnel dispatch and scheduling. With these smart whiteboards, emergency management teams can conduct high-efficiency meetings and ensure clear communication and streamlined decision-making processes during critical times.
